We have a kickoff guy
I don't care if it eats up an extra roster spot, but Suisham is hitting the goal line or better every time.
He looks solid. Very solid.

Yeah, I don't see how we avoid using 2 spots on a kicker now, especially considering Mike V. isn't healthy. All the kickoffs tonight seemed to be down around the 1 or the goalline.

With all the focus on TO the one greatest factor costing us a playoff spot last year is not answered. The NFL's all time leading % kicker looks anything but. Must be driving Bill and JJ nuts.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

Vandy > Suisham
PLEASE!
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Agreed, IF we get the Vandy of old, so far he hasn't been close, and he is injured to boot.

Man, picking our keepers for the final roster is going to be a nightmare. We are keeping 2 kickers for sure, then we have tough choices to make at WR and OT, I'm not quite sure what we plan 2 do.

Suisham's kicks all seem to hug the goal post left and right... so I am not sold on him yet.... the last kick of 49 yards by the other guy name? was pretty sweet...... and STRAIGHT!!!!

pretty sure his deeper kicks were with the wind behind him

...and all the other kickers were dealing with a fairly stiff wind although the official game book list it as a 6 mph wind.
If it affected his kicks in the first half, then the two touchbacks I saw in the second half were possibly wind assisted.

Suisham
He kicked multiple times in each half, and all of his kicks seemed to go to the 2 yardline or further except for 1 bad kick, which was only returned 6 yards to the 31 I believe.
