Here we go again, . . . not so fast.
Was it just me or did anyone else get that here we go again feeling. The game was playing out the same pattern as last year and last week. The Cowboys come out strong dictating on offense and defense. Only to allow the other team to "hang" around, then lose the game in the 4th quarter. That didn't happen this time. We watched this young defense grew up yeasterday, they learned how to close out a game. Maybe it was because of what happened last year, but this team actually turned it up in the 3rd and 4th quarters. They played thier hearts out for 60:00 minutes. Instead of looking around for someone else to make a play, they all turned it up a notch like true champions.
It was exciting to watch. I think we will be able to look back to this game as a turning point. This is the game this team learned how to put thier foot on the other teams throat.
