Did anyone else watch the series premiere last night?
It was pretty good. Got me tuned in for awhile anyway. The show has some potential.

Yeah, I watched... pretty intriguing. I guess we'll see, it's so hard to tell from the first episode what's going to be good. But it was pretty gripping last night.

No your not the only ones,,, Just missed the thread... I like the people in it and think it has a lot of ways to go in it's story line. That said I don't know how it will go over with main stream America... I hope it makes it.... It's got me wondering if it was Terrorist or Nuke exchange....

I think the idea has a lot of potential, but I think the pilot dropped the ball quite a bit. It was a very weak pilot. The best they could do with a show with nuclear bombs is a missing bus story? Not a very compelling one either. There were scenes that just didn't make much sense. The guy telling the kids to go to town if the bus stops and going through the trouble of teaching them which way is left, it ended up being a pointless scene. Nothing came of it. And there just happens to be 2 bus crashes, probably the only 2 in the area at the time, and of course they both crash...on their own, not with other cars. My wife made a good comparison I think. She said it's like a Walker Texas Ranger show, just a little bit higher quality. We'll give it a few more episodes to see if it goes anywhere, but if it doesn't improve upon the pilot, we'll probably skip the series.

The Pilot just aired wednesday. You can probably catch a replay before the next episode.

You know I was wondering the same thing with all the loose ends, but I figure they'll tie into later episodes. Like the criminal who got on the loose when the prison bus crashed... then there was no other indication of what happened to him. It's probably going to be one of those that you have to catch every little detail to know what's going on, which is unfortunate.

Yeah, that's why we're going to give it a few more episodes to see if it looks like it will amount to anything. I have a feeling the show my try and go off into some odd, Lost-like elements, and not just the simple town in the middle of nowhere after a nuclear blast story. And my wife thinks the black ex-cop from St. Louis was one of the criminals from the bus.

I hadn't thought of that. Not likely, but it would be interesting if true.

Just wondering if anyone else has started watching this show...
The show is getting better and better every week. Watch it!
Last night was the last episode till February so if you haven't watched any eps you can watch them at cbs.com.
Go to whodroppedthebomb.com to get the eps.
There's also a message board there where you can discuss theories about the show.

Its a good show if you like ones along the "Lost" kinda line. Nothing really clear and it pieces together as it goes. I TIVO it and watch it on my nights off, a few times actually to see if theres any lil things here and there that might fill in the blanks

Have not watched any of the series.
I think the only newer ones I have watched this season is Heroes and Dexter.

I'm about ready to drop the show. I haven't seen these last 2 episodes yet, but if they aren't A LOT better than what the show has been so far, I'm done with it. I've given it about as much time to get better as I can, so, these last 2 eps are it if things don't start to change from the Walker Texas Ranger esqe writing, and crap plots that do nothing to push the story forward, just drag it down into the stupidly absurd. As far as I'm concerned, every character deserves to die because of how stupid they are.
