What did Parcells say at the beginning of his PC today about a potential blockbuster trade? was it said tongue in cheek or was he serious about something in the works? I didnt hear it because I missed the first few minutes, pulled it off the Silverstar board

If something is in the works, I hope it does not include one of next years 1st rd picks. I'm content going with what we have this year and having solid draft next year for a top tier DT and a WR/CB.

Now before Nors shows up, he was just giving an example of why it he doesn't like to say at this stage who is going to start on opening day - an anything could happen in the meantime statement.

Not that it would, but that it could.

It wasn't tongue in cheek, sarcastic or ironic, threatening or promising - just a matter of fact remark conveying the idea it is too early to give out starter names.

I wouldn't care who we traded away or if we traded away our #1's for next year...if it's a blockbuster trade, wouldn't you trust BP and JJ to get the best of it? Many guys were complaining when JJ traded Hershall Walker...lol.

I would agree with this Wayne.

I too doubt we will see this but if it were possible, I would trust that the two would make the right decision.
