I know I may get heat for this, but Couch wasn't exactly a master of the WC offense, but I wouldn't mind if he were brought in to be the back up. He's got experience and I would trust him more then Romo. There I said it.

Now that interests me. I'd take him over Romo.
Won't happen of course.

He could be the Vetern QB that Troy said we needed. Just not sure if Bill thinks we need one at this point.

Wow a team that wasn't afraid to cut someone just because he was a veteran at a key position.
If you play like crap, you should be cut.
Tell me again why Eddie George is still on the team? Let's trade him for Miami for a can of V-8 and move on.
Maybe we can get Jamar back on the team.

Wow, that is pretty surprising. I would really like the Cowboys to bring him in. Of course, what would we do with Romo then? I don't think he would clear waivers.
But I think Parcells and Payton could work wonders with Couch. I think they could make him into a very good QB because they would work with his strengths and not try and force him into a certain system.
Plus, Couch would offer Henson (or Romo) another year or two to develop. I doubt Testaverde is back next year.

We are not going to bring in a sub-30 year old QB with Henson and Romo in the wings.

Couch could not handle the pressure of CLEVELAND, then he completely folds in the shadow of Favre. Bring him into Dallas with the ghosts of Staubach and Aikman over his head with two young QBs behind him and it would look like a scene from Scanners...KABOOM!

Not to mention his major issue was the same as Carter's - his decision making.

At least that is how it appears.
If he can't make it in Cleveland or GB I doubt he would make it under Parcells wraith.
A better and maybe slightly more mentally tougher CHutch.
Now watch him pull a Maddox.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

You are so quick to slam George but not his blocking FB? I don't see that much loss there actually with his cut. Our RB play behind Martin isn't hasn't been so stellar. Blocking FB's are a dime a dozen. Barnes is a ST demon.
Polite may be on PS?
