he is a jerk and alienates alot of people, but he is a pretty good football coach IMO

that said, he isnt winning anytime soon with that collection of OL and DL stiffs (save Strahan) he has in NY now

I saw that piece. At least there were times when the other Coaches would joke around a little bit. Coughlin was like a freaking Nazi though.

By now you would have thought that he would have learned there's a difference between being a hard *** and being a MFing psychopath.

In the short-term, it will help us. But in a few years, after he has gotten the players to fill out the roster that'll tolerate his drill sergeant-like mentality, the Giants are going to be damn tough for a season or two down the road.
