After Bill checks out when they lose next week, Jerry should seriously consider hiring Wade Phillips. He has the best chance of righting the defensive issues the fastest. He can also lure a free agent like Shaun Phillips over to the team. He obviously knows 3-4 linebackers better than most. Since two of his starters have almost 30 sacks. His version of the "attack" 3-4 would be a welcome addition, and boost the morale of a defensive unit that has lost it's confidence. He'd also send Zimmer packing so fast.....
