Whats on the menu for the game ?
For me it will probably be something like a whataburger, although I hope my friend decides to light up the pit, cause that would be so much better.

Red-Hot Sirloin Chili
2-3 pounds of sirloin steak cut into 1/2-1" cubes
16oz can of tomato sauce
14oz can of Mexican Recipe stewed tomatoes
8oz of water
5 Tbs of chili powder
2 Tbs of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 Tbs cumin
2 tsp of ground oregano - I use regular oregano as well
1 Tbs black pepper
1/4 cup of sliced pickled jalapeņo peppers
1 medium onion chopped how you like
2 cloves of fresh crushed garlic
This is a rough guide. The only thing I really measure is the stuff in the cans... I put everything together in the crock pot and let it marinate over night. Put the crock pot on in the morning and enjoy that afternoon.
***I'm editing the post to let you know it can be pretty spicy. If you try it with the family you might want to tone it down a notch.***

I found part of it (sirloin, chili powder amounts, etc...) on the internet and improvised (amount of jalapeņos, garlic, cayenne, etc...) the rest.
