Michael Irvin.
Did anyone watch him yesterday, he claims the boys tried to sign QC after letting him go. His point was they did this because they had no faith in VT.
Chris M came on later and said the boys flatly denied this was the case.
Irvin seems to be holding some serious grudges against his old team. He seems to always take the negative side of things when it comes to the Boys.
What is his problem, does it have to do with the way he thinks they mistreated Emmitt?

I thinnk he showed yesterday he had faith in V.
With 20+ sec. left we didn't run and kill the clock or just sit on it. No way we did that if Q was the QB.

Thats funny,
Q would have been cut or 3rd string IF he didn't cut his own throat with drugs...
Nice to know we now have a REAL NFL QB who isn't dumb as a rock and a worthless passer...

They tried to resign Quincy, Irvin was not lying. Chris M. was the one who did not know what he was talking about.
But, as it is you guys are all on here belly aching about why we lost, we lost this game back at the start of training camp.

VT's out put was just as good as QC's. You were so into the "VT is the greatest" crap, that you made alot of us think we were going to go 16-0 (sarcasm off).
Alot of yards.....great. Where's the TD passes? Yards are meaningless without the points.

When did he throw to the endzone?
The play calling in the red zone was terrible.

I don't think we would of won with Troy Aikman yesterday. Not like Aikman could rush the pass, play CB, or prevent Anderson from fumbling.

Who cares? Score the points.
Was it the play-calling or the decision making by VT (sarcasm off)

I've gotten a weird vibe from Mike about the Cowboys. I don't know if he does harbor some resentment due to the way a few things were handled, but he seems way overly negative. And I don't have a problem with him being a little negative and giving a dose of reality. If I didn't know any better, I would think that some of the Cowboy fans in the world think this team should go 16-0 and win the Super Bowl without a hitch. Of course, Irvin has countered by almost acting like this team will go 0-16. I don't get it...

Um, and you know this how?...
BTW, if we "tried" to re-sign Quincy, what stopped us from doing so?

I'm not sure Mike wants the current Boys to do well. I think he is a very selfish guy. I think he always wants his era to remembered as the best ever.
