Ricky Williams will seek re-instatement into the NFL once he becomes eligible on October 1st. It will be up to Goodell to decide if Williams will be allowed back into the league. Per the local(Austin) ESPN radio affiliate.

I say sign him up because eventually someone is going to suggest that bad idea.

Yes. They will have to decide what to do with him if he is indeed re-instated. Glad he is their problem and not the Cowboys.
