I'd like to start with OLINE (surprise) and this guy would be a great pick up:

    Stefen Wisniewski
    Height: 6-3 | Weight: 306 | 40-Time: 5.30

He carries a true 1st round grade at center. This will improve the OLINE IQ substantially. Having a great center for the next 15 years shouldn't be under estimated. They coordinate everything and are the leaders. Wisniewski has great bloodlines too. 2nd look for Guard.

Personally, I'd cut Davis and Gurode. Get the dumb dead wood out. I'm sick of watching this duo make mistake after mistake on assignments or penalties.

Maybe our future RT is already here in Young, but I'd keep Columbo around. He's a leader and isn't as penalty prone. Kosier is what he is. No mistakes and on assignment but does nothing phenomenally well and has a tendency to get pushed back.

BiGG and Colombo need to go before Gurode. Gurode's no where near as bad as BiGG. In fact I wonder if we got a quality guard to
replace Bigg if the play of both Colombo and Gurode would improve significantly.

If we keep sucking trade our 1st rounder for a lower 1st rounder 2nd rounder and 4th rounder

    Guard (1)

    Guard (2)

    Safety (2)

    Inside Linbacker (3)

    Center (4)

    Cornerback (4)

    Inside Linbacker(5)

    D End(6)

and we still have 2 6's left
