    If you listen to the Cowboys talking heads Spags and BB that doesn't mean we can sign anyone we want. Nor does it mean the Cowboys cap has been managed correctly.

    As much as I think the Jerry and his family have screwed up this franchise, it does seem they are trying to get the cap situation under control this offseason. Hopefully this continues.
