    Draft Scout Player News
10/27/06 - The Cougars continue to take hits on the injury front. They will be without both starting defensive tackles for at least a couple weeks, as Aaron Johnson suffered an elbow injury Saturday that likely will sideline him the next two games, while Ropati Pitoitua suffered an MCL sprain that could have him out until the Washington game Nov. 18. WSU had hoped to get back Fevaea'i Ahmu to help there, but he is likely out until the Washington game with a lingering foot injury.

05/18/06 - 2007 DRAFT PROSPECTS: DT Ropati Pitoitua Injuries have hampered the career to date of Pitoitua, a fourth-year junior. But at 6-8, 300 pounds, he has all the physical attributes to entice NFL scouts. If he can make it back this season and play a full year, his stock could rise dramatically.
