That we are looking to trade up for Mark Barron?

I have a feeling the Cowboys are set on getting Mark Barron and the more I think about it the more I think the Chiefs or Bills are going to pull the trigger on Barron.

If it only costs us #81 and we get a 5th or 6th back I am okay with it. At the end of the day you want to find the best players to restock your team.

I hope so. I don't think the Bills are going to. I think we have to move up to stop other teams from moving up before us to get him.

Nope, all smoke. He will be available at 14. All these teams that are ahead of Dallas are trying to get Dallas to trade with them. Barron and DeCastro will be there, and Dallas will have to make a choice between them two.

I don't think the bills will pass on a LB,CB, or OT for a safety. If Minnisota trades back or passes on Kalil the Bills will jump up for Kalil in a heart beat.

Now the Chiefs may take Barron depending on who is there. I think if one of the top 4 players is left at 11 Dallas should trade up. Why not trade up three spots to get your guy besides settling for a player at 14 or trading back and not getting a different maker.

I'm all for trading up to get Barron, Ingram, Cox, or DeCastro to make sure we get a difference maker, but I don't want to give u to much to do so. 11 is the highest I would move up unless 8 or 10 is willing to take a similar deal.

If they want him, they'll trade for him and I think it's going to happen. Everyone in the world knows Dallas will take him at 14. Dallas has to know other teams are looking to undercut.

If the guy Dallas really wants at 14 is there at 11 or 12 then Dallas should jump up and take their guy. Would would loose a 4th round pick and looking at dallas' history on 4th round picks then I would say do it.

I don't think a 4th round pick cuts it, but we have two anyways, don't we?

Enough rumblings of it being a possibility that I think we could do it. I also think other teams are spreading rumors of moving up to get him in order to force our hand, when in fact it's likely he'll be sitting at 14 if we sit put.

The bills might take Reiff at 10. I really don't see them moving anywhere.

I believe this is the case as well. I think its more likely that we'd move down for Kirkpatrick or Upshaw than trade up for Barron.

I still believe that barring someone trading up for him, Barron is available at #14 to be picked by Dallas.

    No, we don't.

Trading up in a talent-depleted first round and giving up choices where the draft is strong is a completely ignorant strategy. Barron is good, but not that good.
