Talk about an instant classic. WHat a comeback.
TO ALL THE BRADY QUINN HATERS....BRADY QUINN IS A WINNER!....its about overcoming adversity
what happened. I cant bear to watch my beloved golden domers anymore. I dunno what happened, but I dont like one bit.
19 points in the final 5 minutes for ND. Great great comeback. Quinn was money when it counted.
Actually the defense should get credit for that comeback.
Quinn did his part too. It was a TEAM effort.
Actually its a lot more of a Giant Choke Job than comeback. Not surprising though as MS chokes big games most of the time although this one is earlier than usual as its usually near the end of the season when they start choking
He did his part and got lucky that the spartan defender tackled samardzjia.
The Michigan State coaching staff should also get some credit for ND's comeback. Talk about playing not to lose. Even I knew what plays were coming. They had no chance against Weis. You could see the fear in the eyes of the M state head coach when ND got within 10. You knew at that point ND had the game.
and Drew Stanton wasnt
last 3 possessions
Stanton fumble...Stanton pick for TD....Stanton pick to end game
Stanton sucks but those 3 plays were absolutely amazing plays by ND defenders.
and pretty lousy plays by Stanton
not sure he threw a single good pass after that early TD
Great game for my Domers. Quinn had his moment in this game. Five TD's.
Stanton was horrendous. One pass completed in the entire second half.
I could not believe it. My satellite went out from a thunderstorm for 15 mins and came back on after ND kicked their extra point with 2 mins to go. I thought it had to be a mistake.
The funny thing is, is that Notre Dame will probably drop a few spots.
A little off topic, but what's up w/ all these QBs w/ the name DREW??? Seems a bit odd, no?
I could understand if they do. However, if Notre Dame drops, then Georgia had better drop even more!
That last play convinced me that (to quote our own Hershel Walker) "...the Lord intended that game..." for ND. There is no other way that ball could bounce the way it did at the end and not touch the ground. I expected Weis' first words to be "Praise the Lord!!" then tell us how proud he was of his kids...
Yet there are people here that would rather have Stanton over Quinn.
That's true, but they should drop a few spots. They aren't worthy of that ranking.
