I have never heard of the Big Green Egg, before. I just watched several videos on their website. These things are awesome. Here's one of there recipe's for pizza.
I did see a recipee for stir fry on BGE's website.
Yeah, I can't wait to do some Pizzas on it. My daughter turns 2 in January and we're thinking about doing pizzas for the party. Make a bunch of individual size dough and have many different toppings ready so that people create their own pizza.
This was a pork butt done on the BGE. Cooked this one at 225-240 for 18 hrs. Rub was just kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper.
Here's the Green Lightening Shrimp another poster posted earlier. I took his suggestion and didn't use the lime in the marinade but squeezed the lime on it at time of eating. Wife and daughter loved it.
Dang, now I"m really hungry for shrimps!
