If he was so injured as to be a liability out there, why suit him up at all?
I'd have loved to have seen that drive on offense with two minutes still on the clock. Sigh.
And down only one score. Co-sigh.
Ware should of stayed home he was a huge liability out there. its like we were playing with 10 guys. If your hurt stay on the sidelines..coaches need to get their crap together there.
Mo hurt us tonight like most games. He can't/won't cover or tackle. They gave him credit for 5 tackles, but it was more like they ran into him and over him and tripped on his body. Sorry player for us this year. Carr is not far behind.
This is a really weird take.
b/c Ware at 60-70% is still better than the backups
Hard to imagine anyone playing the read option any worse than Ware did tonight.
it was brutal watching that.
What team does Ware play for? I have no idea after his performance tonight. The Redskins made Ware their personal turnstile. The Redskins running game keyed on Ware and misused him like a step child. Everyone pounding on Romo, I say Ware was the Redskins MVP tonight :bang2:
D.Ware, he's a shell of his former self...
How does an injured shoulder/elbow affect one's ability to misread a play over and over again?
They played him like a fiddle.
While we're at it. If anyone thinks Connor is a serviceable ILB, you should watch him play again. Yikes.
The coaches stunk tonite. Garrett didn't know how to adjust to the blitz and Ryan couldn't figure out how to stop a college level offense. No adjustments, no plan, no chance.
No blame, just an observation.
I can't imagine another premier OLB or DE being constantly left unblocked and not making a few big plays. With all the opportunities he had coming at him, Ware had 1 tackle. I remember Philly did the same thing to him last season. He seems to struggle a lot when left unblocked against certain run schemes.
Seriously? The Ware bashing is really out of hand tonight.
Sorry, wrong thread. I choked on that one.
I blame Frampton, Poppinga, Pepprah, Coe and Schaefering. You aren't going to win a game with five Street Free Agents on the field for your defense. Its not cathartic, but its true.
Did you watch the game? He was pathetic. His job is to control the edge and hit the QB when he comes your way. Not duck the block, take 2 steps inside, stop and then get beat to the edge.
I was seriously asking the question.
I know he's hurt, but how does that effect his cognitive abilities?
He was fooled all night on the same play. From what I could tell, it wasn't because of some physical issue, it was because he misdiagnosed the play all night.
Come on, NBC showed his miscues all night.
