Was there a fine for the hit on Harris?

This just in...........both linebackers were fined $10,000 each for impersonating football players.

Plus an additional $5,000 each for doing so on the Sabbath.

#Saints LB Kevin Reddick was fined $7,850 for a late hit on Cowboys returner Dwayne Harris, via a league source. Reddick wasn't flagged.

    When it rains, it pours.

Not only did they both play horribly, the NFL adds salt to their wounds by lightening their pocketbooks.

PROOF that playing field is not equal for our Cowboys. I dont see how one can look at that footage and not see the entire hand on the shoulder pad.

I am just proud to know that the film confirmed them making a tackle of any kind. Watching the game I wasn't sure.

Is it me or are these calls usually against us?

I mean, usually refs get those 'close calls' right. I've seen a few times where one of our guys gets dragged down by a fist full of jersey around the lettering on the back of his jersey; in real time, looks like a horse collar, but then the refs swallow the flag and correct themselves.

I thought that would happen for us on the Carter penalty, and even if it didn't I thought the league office would at least actually look into it and admit their mistake.

This is a joke. That was no horse collar takle by Carter.

It's sad how they destroy the game of football. I am so fed up with it.

Agree. The replay clearly showed it.

To me the challenge should be available on any play, including non called holding.

The team will pay the penalty with lost time out , if not supported so whats the risk.

They definitely shouldn't allow for a replay on noncalled holding calls. The game would grind to a total stop.

2 penalities on the play and neither gets called. At least the player gets fined.

It could, but I think the coaches would be very selective in when and where it's used.
