    I don't want a SAFE pick. I want someone who defenses will fear. Lawson and Wimbley are people to be feared. Carpentar is not going to be feared. I think he will be OK but not feared by offenses.

    This is a common misperception. As I stated in this thread it can at times be a significant responsibility but it is not at all the primary responsibility. It is the primary respsonsibility of the LILB.

    Bill and Mickey always say that its their opinion, that they do not know what the Cowboys want at that spot. They do say that Lawson and Carpenters names have been rumored. Gosselin who actually has the best information from GMs, coaches, and scouts says that its Lawson if he's there.
