Cold, clamy, and hyperventilating...but who's counting?

'Speeding -poses- more of a risk to injure others than smoking marijuana does.'

There, that points to the mental omission intended by yourself.

Injury isn't the issue, as football, demolition derby, airlines, automobiles, trains, and aircraft would be out the window.

    Criminal action is the basis.

Follow the Cliff Notes VERY closely now:

Criminal use of marijuana is wrong.

    (drum roll)

Speed alone, is not criminal. (cymbal crash)

Now go act ignorant with someone else...:busty: :hotdog:

But speed doesn't have an additional syndicate of crime founded behind it, which you ignore completely...and arrogantly do so. Why? You dealing as well?

Wouldn't come clean on use, how about now?

'speeding' can occur in a school zone, and at a manageable rate below 20 mph. This can be broken even; under certain circumstances it can be ignored, as with ambulances, patrol cars, and fire departments.

Drug abuse, can not in ANY circumstance...now you tell us why?

He called smoking marijuana "drug abuse".

..and yes, speeding in a school zone when the lights are flashing is illegal. Thanks for pointing out more times its illegal to speed other than whenever you go faster than the sign says is allowed.

    We're really digging deep here..

    Not all speeding is criminalized.

Also, speeding is not as indicative of judgment or character flaws as is illegal drug use, no matter which way you slice it.

You can get fired for drug use. No job's going to fire you for getting a ticket for going 70 in a 55.
