One thing about Twill is the dude has never missed a game, just like Carr. That's big time!
And riding a plane to boot! He was probably even eating crackers like he owned the place!
Prob no first round WR now, Fred Ross or poss Dede Westbrook in later rounds
Got off the plane?
Where the hell has he been?
Why is he not at the Star watching game tape and practicing? I am really starting to question his dedication
Since TW has been drafted there has been 17 receptions of 50 yards or more. Dez has 10 TW has 4.
First four seasons:
Michael Irvin 171-2968 YDS-20 TD
Terrance Williams 177-2791 YDS-20 TD
Only 4 Cowboy WR's with more TD's in their first four seasons.
Only 4 Cowboy WR's with more receptions in their first four seasons.
What about when Dez wasn't playing?
I'm lovin it!!
Great deal - I like both players, and now, WR isn't an issue.
Actually would have spent more $$ to keep these guys.
Blocking is an underrated part of T-Will's game:
You and me both .....
This is sad. Williams is trash
WR is still an issue
Just for the record, I think that Terrance Williams takes another on-the-field improvement step, this upcoming season.
I have to admit, I thought would cost a lot more, props to our front office and to T Will getting a fair deal done, to keep him a Cowboy. The more I think about this the better I feel about the deal.
So his entire contract is just about equal to what Garçon is getting just this year? I'm cool with that.
And that gives a more likely chance to be picking defense the first three picks of ours..
I think his hands are high inconsistent, but he is like a gazelle and can run all day and knows the playbook. Seems to be good and running routes and isn't a knucklehead and will block. I think pretty good to keep him.
I like this idea, although I wouldn't mind grabbing an OL with one of them.
Thats impressive, although Irvin was limited by qb play early on. Thats not to say he didnt have his own rookie struggles but come year 4 it all fell into place and he was in for 1200-1500 yds per season.
I highly doubt we see that with Twill, as he came in with a seasoned QB chunking the ball all over the field. Although his QB was probably hurt half of that time.
I think Twill is a good but not great WR and we got him at good value. Id love to upgrade at the position but the truth is there are only so many resources to go around.
