I can't imagine someone thinking these are poor coaches///
    Bill Callahan
    Offensive Coordinator/Offensive Line Rod Marinelli
    Defensive Coordinator Rich Bisaccia
    Special Teams Coordinator
    Scott Linehan
    Passing Game Coordinator Monte Kiffin
    Assistant Head Coach/Defense Mike Woicik
    Strength and Conditioning Coordinator
    Gary Brown
    Running Backs Jerome Henderson
    Secondary Brett Bech
    Assistant Strength and Conditioning
    Derek Dooley
    Wide Receivers Joe Baker
    Assistant Secondary Kendall Smith
    Assistant Strength and Conditioning
    Keith O'Quinn
Off. Quality Control/Wide Receivers Matt Eberflus
    Linebackers
    Mike Pope
    Tight Ends Ben Bloom
    Quality Control/Linebackers
    Frank Pollack
    Assistant Offensive Line Leon Lett
    Defensive Assistant/Defensive Line
    Wade Wilson

I think we have some serious coaching talent here.

Not sure I get that but glad to see you posting again. Aside from Lee's injury I'm pretty happy with our offseason.

you can have talent, the question is "are you using it correctly" and i dont feel JG does that. Plain and simple.

They should be able to peak in 2015, IMO.

If a few of the young players develop to their potential like Wilcox, Holloman and Lawrence then the roster should look good going into the off-season. They will have cap space to fill in the gaps if needed.

My cheering won't help this team get better though. Draft picks and great coaching will.

I'll say we win 7 games but as a fan I wish it was 12.. Unless Romo is Vintage, say 2007 form, I would venture to say he may hold this offense back again.. It won't be Murray's fault...

how do i personally know? Look at teh GB game, running was working for us, so JG stopped it. When i see players not being used corrrectly, i can point at the coaches. When i see to much complicated plays, i can point at the coaches. When i see Dallas having the lead and losing it, thats on Garrett, when i see the other team adjust and Garrett blinks first, I can pin that on Garrett.

What i dont see is an old saying, "if its not working, go back to the basics" I think its time for Dallas to go back to throwing and running correctly instead of trying to outsmart themselves. The one thing i hated about Parcells was sometimes he'd try to out trick himself. Sometimes the right call is already made for you and you just have to prove you can do it.

Also and i dont want to hear this from the Dallas organization "well we thought player X would make the season" No, Romo, is not making the season, Lee already proved it, Spencer isnt. on and on. Its time for thsi team to have back up plans. And than i want back up plans to the back up plans, simple back up plans. I defeintely dont want last year replaced, play our back up, if we are easily winning the game or already out, play that back up. If the Saints are rolling in or some powerhouse and you know we dont stand a chance, play Romo for the half and put the back up in.

I notice another thing when people claim Garrett is changing the culutre, i noticed its still easier for this team to quit than to fight. I wnat to see mroe fight fomr the coaches, not the players and i want to see mroe accountability and less process.

I often wonder, when enjoying this site , do people on here understand what bandwagoning is ? Do they just embrace it? Do they even realize they are exhibiting part of the the traits of it now?

Why would you cheer to lose that doesn't make sense at all. Cheering for the coaches to be better I understand but to lose for picks is insane

I really won't be cheering to lose. Just kinda hoping we lose. That's if and only if they look mediocre and hopeless on D.

Cheering, hoping it didn't matter. How can you call yourself a fan if you want, hope, cheer for "your" team to lose. Doesn't matter what the team looks like I'm cheering for them to play better every game

I left Red off because he is such ammunition for the haters.Notice how little disagreement there is
over Red's staff. The teachers and coaches on the ground.
But who ever is right one thing is for sure the haters are going to be so unhappy.
    Red's not going anywhere.

that's where you and I disagree. I see change and you don't.
Change for the better and yea got some flaws, some big flaws.
In the end,I'm betting am correct. Mainly though I have accepted
the course of events and plan on enjoying this season and seasons to come.
If you chose not to accept the inevitable thats on yours.

*There were about three games last year that were difficult to watch in my book

you are welcome to think as you like im not saying different, my side looks better, 8-8 8-8 8-8, thats all i am saying, thats what history will show, Grant you jsut because or if Garrett has a winning season, i wont say its because he had enough oppurtunities, but ill accept it if he does better, Going into this season, no i see nothing on the horizon, even Dallas learning from all this.
