I don't disagree with his notion if drafting a QB. I disagree with his evaluations of the players. From the Barkley post, his evaluations leave alot to be desired.

Yeah, that Peyton Manning guy is never going to get back to the playoffs. Shouldn't sign him. Dumb ol' Denver! ;(

Not say the Cowboys shouldn't consider a QB, but just maybe not in the first round. Anyone who's falling through the first round will have failed to convince a serious number of NFL managers of their abilities. Drafting a QB every year is not a bad plan though. In the right spots.

Waiting is what killed this franchise when we knew Aikman was at the tail of his career.

Be proactive! That what a good front office does. IF the evaluation says one of these QB has that franchise potential AND he falls to our pick them please take him!!! Let him sit for 2 years. We seen how grooming a QB can revitalize a franchise.

It far easier to pick DT, DE.....other positions at 16 than have opportunity to pick a potential franchise QB at 16.

We do not want to be place in a position of top 5 pick and HAVE to find a QB and forcing our picks!

Right on the money.by the time this team is built to win.Romo will be way to old. may as well have a new QB ready for when the team has a chance to win.

We can not afford to wait. waiting does nothing for a team that is going to lose anyway.we have no idea if there is a QB coming out next year, is better than the QB's coming out this year. they need to take one now so he is ready when this team start's winning again.

Romo's the only chance the team has to make it to the playoffs.

Not saying he is Joe Montana. but Joe had a terrible pro day. how did he turn out? T. Bridgewater is going to be a really good NFL QB. just watch and see how he turns out.

I'd dance a jig for Bridgewater. Kick a kitten for Carr.

Exactly. There is no way that a good team will be but around Romo before he has to retire due to declining play or injuries, maybe both. He should have been traded instead of resigned. I said at the time that he was resigned that the team would be hurt by the contract and it would go down as one of the worst contract extensions in the last several years. Many fans are starting to see why. The cap hit that would come in reading Romo would be a team killer and his declining play will become a team killer. The deep passing gene is already dead. His back injury may cause an early retirement which would be the best thing for the team. As it stands, a complete rebuild can not be done.

Bridgewater comes into the League as a Starter, and 12 other QBs ranking about the same.

Dude it is that time to think future Romo is in his mid 30s coming off 2 back surgeries. Im not for trading up for these guys but if one is there we must grab one.
