By Todd Archer and Calvin Watkins The Cowboys signed guard Montrae Holland on Tuesday, according to multiple sources. To make room for Holland, the Cowboys placed starting left guard Bill Nagy on injured reserve. The rookie suffered a fractured ankle in Sunday's loss at New England. Holland played several years for the Cowboys until he was cut prior to the 2011 season. The Cowboys have depth issues along the offensive line because of the injury to Nagy and the uncertain status of veteran guard Derrick Dockery, who is recovering from a sprained knee. When Holland was in training camp, concerns lingered about his weight and conditioning. After he was cut, he lowered his weight and stayed in shape, enough to where his workout Tuesday at Valley Ranch left the Cowboys satisfied.
