Very reasonable, glad to at least hear more about the injury. Doesn't sound like a big deal really, I've done it myself. A couple of weeks, as JG said, and he should be fine.

Hope to see him on the field soon.

I believe it's about balance. Similar to working abs to help with back issues. Strong quads can do the same with hamstrings.

OK, but my personal experience has shown the opposite to be true.

A lot of people may not realize it, but the hamstrings are the prime movers along with the glutes in the squat. Especially a powerlifting style squat.

Squats usually begin toward the end of rehabilitation for a hamstring injury, shortly before running can resume.

Not that big of a deal. I'm glad we waited before throwing Carter out there.

Maybe front squats would be better for you, I know its better for my back so I do them instead and its really helped.

I do squats every day, quickly followed by my buttocks meeting with the seat I am utilizing

I love this kid and hope he gets healthy and gets his shot soon...

My L4 and L5 are herniated disc. Got an the same shot in January. Like new for 8 months. It Just started to get inflamed again. Which is expected. Ortho and surgeon say 2-3 a year is the max they recommend and or will perform.

Don't these shots contain steroids? Cortisone or the like?
