I'd rather get kicked in the pills, and I gotta tell you, I really don't like getting kicked in the pills. We signed a diva WR that the Eagles released once before. Once bitten, twice shy. No thanks.

I hope no one pays him much more than a minimum contract. Teams need to set examples for guys with these big off field red flags.

As with every contract he gets, he'll only ask for a new one a year later.

I would say he goes to the Pats, if it wasn't for that gang story. They would prob have a hard time spinning that after Hernandez.

I'd rather drink turpentine and pee on a brush fire.

Yep. Pretty much how I feel on this. There is no way he's going to sign for a cheap deal, he wants big money, and he's a headcase.

The Eagles are a team with a bright young head coach that appears to have a pretty clear vision for the kind of team he wants to build there.

DeSean Jackson is one of the most talented young WR's in the NFL who is a picture perfect fit for the offense Chip Kelly runs.

Factoring those things together, if the Eagles are so willing to get rid of Jackson that they will just up and release him, shouldn't that send off a warning sign that this guy is trouble?

I want nothing to do with him.

Pass. We already got a head case WR, don't need another one.

That's sound thinking but there's always a chance a move like this wakes a player up and he rights his own ship. Whoa. This could cost me my career.

If all this gang stuff drops his price way down I would be interested.

Besides, the thought of Jerry getting even semi-involved with street gangs appeals to me.
