Had leftover shrimp scampi.
I know it's easy to make, but it was my first time making it. Turned out really, really good. I was pleased with it.
That is some fine looking brisket. Nicely done. Meat-O-Rama approves.
Looks good Poke. I had left over artichoke & pesto pizza yesterday.

Remember, NEVER be scrimpy with the shrimp in your scampi!!

You can try, but fair warning...You'd be one of the few that could!
I didn't have high quality shrimp since I was scrounging through the fridge for stuff to fix when I ran across them, but what I had I used it all.
Used a pound of angel hair pasta and just under a pound of small popcorn shrimp.
