The Cowboys officially announced Thursday they have added assistants Jerome Henderson and Bill Callahan to the coaching staff.

Henderson will replace Dave Campo and preside over the secondary. Callahan will serve as the offensive coordinator while filling the position vacated by former offensive line coach Hudson Houck, who retired earlier this week.

Callahan, 55, is the former head coach of the Oakland Raiders and Nebraska Cornhuskers who spent the last four years supervising the offensive line of the New York Jets. He tutored three players -- center Nick Mangold, guard Alan Faneca and tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson -- who achieved a total of nine Pro Bowl appearances during Callahan's tenure. In 2009, the Jets set a franchise record for rushing yards.
