Allen, Coakley, and Woodson are likely cap casualties next year.

If Allen doesn't show much improve much from last years disaster then I think he will definately be a cap casualty.

Coakley is likely to be gone wheter he has a pro bowl year or not.

And call me sentamental but I think Woody restructures and makes 2005 his last year as a Cowboy and in the NFL.

Does anyone know what the cap hit or savings would be for dumping Allen, Woodson and Coakley? (cough, cough...AdamJT13...cough, cough)

Allen's was around 8 million this year, so with 3 years left, I'd guess the remaining bonus would be around 6 million.

I'd also guess Coakley and Woodson combined would be a like number.

So we'd be looking at 12-13 million in a bonus hit versus 15.6 million in salary.

I certainly hope Dallas drafts an OLB high next year, or at least signs a FA. I don't like paying Singleton $3 million either. Parcells buddy Al Groh has some great ones at Virginia. Ahmad Brooks is the next Lavar Arrington.

I would say that is almost a cert.
