Show'em the big screen tv, he'll stay. If he leaves without signing, he'll be on a plane to Jacksonville.

Glad we had a rock-solid plan before firing Ryan and switching to a new defense. Gotta love JJ!

He'll be a DL coach you do know that right? Not a HC or a DC? He would be a great hire but not anything to say disaster if he doesnt take the job. #overreaction

Tell me about 31 other teams and how their plans are "rock solid."

Consider educating yourself a bit on the way that free agency and coaching contracts work before posting again on this topic. Just a recommendation, of course.

I wonder what the hold up is?

Cant be money, Jerry has shown us many times he is not scared to spend money on the team. Has to be control or maybe a succession plan for him to take over as DC once Kiffen retires in a couple of seasons. Kiffen is 73, cant see him being here more than 2 or 3 yrs max.

If he leaves without a deal, he isnt coming back. Just like free agents.

I was gonna ask what the "S" stood for in your name... but I think I know now.

If they want him that badly, they need to just keep adding zero's to his paycheck until he says OK.

Well im sure he's considering options. Maybe he's alone talking to Kiffin on what things they want to do and the future. He's interviewing for a posistion on the Dallas Cowboys, not to cook fries at mcdonalds
