    “It’s tough,” Cowboys tight end Jason Witten said on his weekly radio segment on “The Ticket” KTCK-AM (1310). “I’ve heard some of the stuff reported on the voicemails. There is no place for that in this game.

    “I know you have to be mentally tough to play in this league, but there is no place for that at this level.”

    What constitutes bullying? Semantic distinctions are often drawn as coaches, players and others explain how what takes place on their team doesn’t resemble this episode in Miami.

    But the core questions are the always the same. How do you elevate team without humiliating individuals? How do you develop camaraderie and chemistry in a way that doesn’t intrude on a player’s dignity? How do you build relationships and avoid a situation that will foster ill will?
