Spencer is making a business decision I'm sure.
He's got a guaranteed 10 mil coming.. He has no reason to step on the field..
I was thinking the same thing. No way I'd let those guys practice in the rain.
Yup, absolutely no reason...you know, aside from the fact that probably wants to be signed somewhere after this season.
I dont know why but I have a feeling Webb will be starting at cb also.
There is no way Dunbar isn't playing. No way.
I think Claiborne is going to have trouble in this game. Rusty and no practice in the new system.
I wish we would stop with the stupid line rotations and pick 5 guys and get them as many reps together as possible for Sunday.
Spencer is a slow healer...
I think he'll be ok. We just need to keep him away from Nicks. He can guard Cruz in two wr sets and Randle in 3 wr sets. If he can't he's pretty much not what we thought IMO.
Nice to see Fred got his college #72 back.
I was told directly that "everyone expects Spencer to be back for Week 1." Maybe not.
That's what usually happens when your starter is injured, the backups come in.
I don't understand what's hard to grasp about that.
Wow, you guys are cynical. I believe Spencer will play. How much will be determined by his stamina and performance. I'm anxious to see Rayford, Bass, and Selvie play DE. Not sure how much Bass will rotate to DE if at all but he's supposed to be able to play there. Esp interested in Rayford.
