Former Dallas Cowboys center Andre Gurode was interviewed by Galloway and Company on KESN-FM 103.3 on Thursday (9/29) to discuss the Cowboys and his career. Here are some highlights:

You took the time to make a phone call today back home here. Who did you call?
"I called my former teammate Phil Costa let him that it's rough out there, but keep grinding, keeping working on it, and everything will be OK."

Costa was getting snooker by Stephen Bowen with the cadence. What was your advice for him?
"With a situation like that, you have to tune them out and wait for [Tony] Romo's cadence. It can be confusing, but you have to really zone in. As the center, you are responsible for everybody on the offensive line, and you have to make sure everyone gets off on the same time."

Props to Gurode. That was really a cool thing to do for Costa, and his confidence, especially since he probably never expected that call.
