    IRVING - While Thanksgiving is one of the best holidays for football fans, the players aren't as fortunate. Instead of sitting around a television and eating as much turkey as possible, Cowboys players are forced to provide the entertainment, every year.

    This means missing out on the featured meal with family and friends and beating up their bodies for the second time in four days.

    But many players don't seem to mind. Cowboys linebacker Bruce Carter, safety Abram Elam and kicker Dan Bailey are focused on trying to get a victory first and eating a big meal later. And all three declared that they would not be participating in any of the cooking.
