He doesn't even mention Jerry. Instead, he is going after the fans, some of whom are so crazy that they are actually happy with a victory. It's like being mad at your kid for being happy on Xmas.

I know, hope is one of the primary reasons why the NFL is so popular. And idiots like this mock fans for holding out hope for their teams. The 16-game schedule is short enough to agonize over every loss, but long enough to hold out hope for a very long time. Ed, I'm sorry if I look and see that the Cowboys are only one game behind the Giants with six games left to play. The nerve of me.

Werder is right. We struggle to win against pathetic teams and we're having a parade over here.

I hate this team, unfortunately, I also love them.

Thats the big conundrum ... you want them to win and play like champions so you watch ... then as you are watching all you can do is scream at the TV cause they are screwing everything up. Flags, No adjustments on pass routes, struggling against teams which are .500 and below ... etc.

An Unnamed Source said that Ed Werder is a "Blithering Idiot."

ESPN = Evil 4 Letter Network

Now you feel my pain. ESPN sucks royally.

They normally don't bash on the Cowboys, they seem to get all the love no matter what.

The Saints on the other hand while no doubt ran some kind of pay for performance amongst the players program, but they have been persecuted and bashed by every talking head on the evil 4 letter network with imaginary evidence offered by that joke of a commissioner.

This is why Werder is scared to come back to Dallas. Because he cant stop saying really stupid things.

I still remember the fan screaming at him so loud he couldn't offer up his report.

The bad hair, the bad suit, so much bitterness.

Sounds accurate to me since beating the Browns in OT has never been an accomplishment.

I've generally defended Ed, but this is pathetic. Classless. Utterly unprofessional. On top of it...it's completely deceitful as I've not noticed any of this attitude in the fanbase. I've seen the complete opposite in fact.

The constitutes a tipping point in my opinion of Werder. I guess you work for a gutter enterprise like ESPN long enough...and you become in danger of complete corruption.

Frankly ESPN...and ABC and that monolith...is becoming just one big lie.

I don't worry about being negative.

But, it was a shot at the fans.

I hate to tell Mr. Blue Suit this but I'm not happy with how the Cowboys played on Sunday. A quick look on the forum shows the same sentiment.

But who really cares? There's nothing wrong with a fanbase being happy after a win because...that's what fans do. If they didn't, then the game becomes irrelevant.

So I guess Mr. Blue Suit wants the game to stoop to his level.

The Bears and Seahawks say otherwise.
