Oklahoma City University had to drop Chiefs. They should have changed the definition, only a Marxist would object to Chiefs on class grounds.

Hopefully no one uses the r, h, c, and g words when referring to whites. Can I still use whites?

Doesn't the Oneida Nation take advantage of people and own Turning Stone casino? They have abandoned their tribal roots, so who cares what they think?

. I wouldn't feel comfortable calling anyone anything related to their ethnicity, unless they were a friend. "Hey white woman, let me buy you a drink". Hey black guy, do you know what time it is?" "Hey Redskin, could you pass me the sports page?" I would find all of the above odd in almost any context.

I don't understand the point in hyphenated Americanism or identifying people primarily by their race. And if the person was a close friend, I would be comfortable calling them a redskin or anything else.

The whole controversy is silly, just as is so many people's obsession with it.
