    Eric Williams left the Cowboys after the 2000 season. I can't recall whether or not he was released or his contract was simply up. He wasn't ready to stop playing, and joined the Ravens for the 2001 season, but only appeared in 5 games.
    Eric Williams was on his way to a Hall of Fame career until he smashed up a Mercedes doing about 80 and wrecked his knees. He came back, but was never quite as dominating.

    At least, that's what T.O. said about him...

    Yeah, I remember like it was yesterday when he came back. TO drove him out to the practice field in a golf cart yelling, "Big E's back, Big E's back!"
