IRVING, Texas -- With the Dallas Cowboys having some depth issues along the offensive line, the team will bring in guard Montrae Holland for a workout Tuesday at Valley Ranch.

Holland was released by the Cowboys prior to the start of the season.

With starting left guard Bill Nagy expected to miss the season with a fractured ankle, the Cowboys need depth.

I hope he doesn't have a mental breakdown in game 3. Wait wrong guy. Haha, Ranger fans will understand.

I don't have a problem with bringing him in.

I take it you prefer a line of smaller, more athletic guys who aren't healthy enough to stand up to a strong breeze?

hmmm interesting....Put him at LG. Maybe dockery comes back and is good. Maybe we put him at RG. Wonder if kosier can play center? Then we should have beef for the run game but idk about the passing game:confused:

We need to find away to get better production out the run game. Heck im for firing houck(sp) too. His system might be outdated. I mean he was some garbage in miami too before we got him.

Yes. Holland is going to come in an unseat Kosier. Even at his best, Holland never even came close to getting Kyle off the field. Now, after sitting on the couch for a good month and a half, he's going to take someone's job? Right.

Do they really need to work him out?

Just have him go to the local shipping yard and step on the scale. If he's just as fat as ever, he's probably just as out of shape as ever.

Determined to not take a second opportunity to play football too seriously, Montrae goes hard and attacks his specially prepared 5-pounder with a vengance.

Jeez, somehow, the thought of Holland coming to save the day doesn't exactly inspire the onset of goosebumps. Seems to me it's about like hiring Don Knotts to be your bodyguard.
