Cowboys meeting today with Houston Nutt about a position on the team.
Arkansas guy of course. Coached at Ole Miss. Hmmmm! Interesting.
Please tell me you're kidding. This has been a running joke for years now... Will it really happen?
But rememeber, these are all Garrett moves.
This is getting ridiculous.
There are tough names and there are TOUGH names.
He must have had a traumatic childhood.
Finally, were going to the Superbowl!
So glad you planted that bug inside Valley Ranch. Please keep us posted. :laugh2:
The position being discussed was not disclosed on ESPN. Probably on the offensive side though. Maybe TE or RB coach...
New offensive coordinator?
uh bio blast anyone?
Thanks man. All updates are good during the offseason.
Did not realize he coached under Jimmy Johnson at OSU
I watch a lot of SEC football and based on his time at Arkansas and Ole Miss...... his last name fits him to a "T"..
Lawd have mercy!
he came up as an offensive coach, no way in the world Garrett would be considering him for an OC. This is all Jerry!!
That, or he became universally feared. I went to grade school and jr high with a guy named Leslie. Last thing you wanted to do was make fun of his name; even teachers became scared of him.
As far as I know, he coached mainly receivers and quarterbacks, but also coached Barry Sanders at OKST.
We are also in the market for a special teams coach but I don't know if he would qualify...
I would be for bringing Hoffman back from the early days. Oakland let him go this year....
good thing about him is he is only 55..... relatively young.
Will he be OC?
