That comparison would be substantially closer.
Its kind of insulting to Romo that they are even having a debate on which of the two is better, lol. I don't think its really even a question.
Jeff George had a pretty good arm but alot to be desired elswhere.
Cutler is a stud. Romo is a stud.
If I were a GM/coach/OC I'd be a happy man with either as my starting QB.
I wouldn't be. Cutler has a million dollar arm and ten cent brain, back when the Bears traded two firsts and Orton to Denver for him I said they were getting ripped off and I see nothing to suggest I was wrong about that at this point.
Cutler usually steps it up big-time on Monday Night games throughout his career. Should be interesting to see how he does
Just my opinion.
The fact that this is even a discussion is astounding. I'd take 50% Romo over 110% Cutler. Tony's just flat out better.
Cutler is a head case with a golden arm.
I don't like head case QBs. But then a head case QB is better than no QB. Romo is not a head case. Cutler has a better arm than Romo, but Romo is a playmaker and not a head case like Cutler. Without a doubt I take Romo.
If you cutler's arm and Romo's head you'd have something.
"The defining moment of Cutler's career so far: him standing on the sideline with a sore knee in the second half of that title game, having left with his team trailing by two touchdowns.
Give me the guy who gutted it out with a punctured lung and broken ribs to lead the Cowboys' double-digit rally in Week 2 last season. Especially since the numbers fall so firmly in Romo's favor."
