I don't agree. San Francisco was the leading offensive team in the playoffs. At half time, the 49ers had managed only 6 points. Had the lights not gone off, I imagine Baltimore would have put the screws to them. I guess we'll never know what could have happened if there had been no interruptions. However, in that 3rd Quarter, the 49ers managed 135 yards and 17 points, mostly due to terrible STs execution and Turn Overs on the part of Baltimore. In the 4th Quarter, Baltimore got back to playing defense and held SF to 1 TD. I think Baltimore played very well defensively.
