How are we going to be able to afford Vollmer, Byrd and Spencer?

He forgot to add that they are all signing for the veteran minimum. :D

Yes to Byrd and Resigning Spencer but no to Vollmer, I don't want to spend big money on a 29 year old with back problems. If we go after any FA OT then make it Albert, but i don't see either happening.

Any top DL in the draft will be gone when we pick, so I think Dallas take a safety or OL or trade back.

spencer will probably get $10 million a year offers. We cannot afford to spend that on him. Simple as that.

I would rather get slauson for the O line and draft Khaled Holmes for Center. Let Cook take a shot at tackle in camp with Parnell. dump Free.

    Free agents:
    Jairus Byrd, FS, Buffalo
Sebastian Vollmer, RT, New England - He has had back problems.

    Re-sign:
Anthony Spencer, OLB - I say Franchise him.
Sterling Moore, CB - They signed him to a 2-year contract.
Ernie Sims, LB - Yes, I really like how he has played.
Brady Poppingam LB - I don't see the point of this signing.

    Draft:

    Round
    1. Sheldon Richardson DT, Missouri - Excellent player, just what the Cowboys need; However, I don't think he will pass the Garrett RKG test.

    2. Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky - Like the player, but I don't know if he is BPA here.

    3. Brandon Jenkins, DE/OLB, Florida State
    Yes, good pick.

    4. Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
He might be a steal, but the Cowboys need a quality RB that is ready at the start of Training Camp.

    5. Mario Benavides, OC, Louisville - Too small at OC. He tried playing at over 300 lbs and said his knees hurt too much. It sounds wacky, but I would like to convert him to a blocking TE/FB.

    6. Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU - I don't see any possibility of Garrett signing off on this pick.
