Don't think it matters because weren't we at our maximum last year at this time and they flexed our game with the Giants to the SNF game? If the situation is like last year, where it's a do or die for both teams, NBC will pick it up. Especially on top of it being a Cowboys/Skins game.

It's the likely outcome. The only others would be:

    1. Cincy against Baltimore - If Cincinnati beats the Steelers, and the Ravens lose to the Giants, this game will be for the AFC North title.

    2. Houston versus Indianapolis - if Houston loses this week to Minnesota, then they would have to win this game to lock up home field throughout the playoffs.

To me, it's only between the Cowboy-Redskin game and the Bengal-Raven game. NBC will only pick a game that has direct playoff implications.

Last year we played 6 primetime games with 4 on NBC, 1 on NFL Network and 1 on ESPN. This year we have only played 4 primetime games, with 3 on NBC and 1 on ESPN.

There is no way they pick Bengals-Ravens over Dallas vs. RGIII

That is true for every week except the last week of the season. The NFL, not NBC, picks the Sunday night game no later than 6 days before the game for week 17.

See the link below. Go to the "Flexible Scheduling" section and look at the next to last paragraph.
