Jason probably gets a raise and a promotion. I love Jerry!
Jason has been promised a trip to DisneyWorld by Jerry if he can graduate from the first grade to second. He really wants to check out the Goofy Bakery.
If a coach like Shanahan can get the boot, Garrett continuing to be with this team is just ludicrous.
I'd take Garrett's work in Dallas over Shanahan's in WAS any day.
Ya, I don't get it. Three seasons of 8-8 and no progress has been made at all.
It wasn't whether Garrett on his own merits is good enough to keep his job. There was direct comparison that if Shanahan is fired that it means Garrett should be as well as if Shanahan has done a better job. Garrett has done better during his time in Dallas compared to what Shanahan has done in Washington. Garrett is 29-27 while Shanny is 24-40.
Dave Campo is still mad as he only got to go to seaworld.
And he had to mop up the bathrooms while he was there.
He had the hair for it.
They fed him twice a day and he only had to do a few tricks. He should stop complaining.
Yeah, give Garrett Rex and some other of his bums we'll see what Garrett does... at least Shanny made the play-offs once..
So would I.
I think we discussed the coaching staffs pre-season. You were right. What a colossal dumpster fire...
At this point..however...we are in prime position for the NFC East title next year--that division has been worst-to-first the last 2 years and no team has repeated the division title since god knows when.
And no, I don't really believe that...
Fwiw, I'm shocked at how your season turned out, too. Just in my case, it's a toasty, warm kind of shock.
i prefer red mops
Yeah, you and me both--although, I am, in no way, surprised by the end of the Cowboys season .
I kind of had the sharp-blow-to-the-head feeling all year...just such a complete disaster. Worst part is, unlike in 2009, I have no idea where they go from here. From what I understand--they are dual-promoting Morrocco Brown and Scott Campbell--Brown I think will handle free agents, Campbell the draft. Brown has a high reputation, from what I understand.
The problem is though: Dan Snyder is still involved in the coach's search. So I do not expect any changes whatsoever--more hype, more hope, same disappointment.
