    Interesting... Bill Parcells has to play with the cards that are dealt, but Jerry is suppose to go out an draft another Troy, Irvin, and Emmitt...

    How many QBs, WRs, and RBs from the NFL in that era of bad drafting by Jerry are in any way on par to match the greatness of these 3?

    I can only think of Brady, who was pretty much an unknown, and Tomlinson, who is one and a billion...

    Sean Alexander BTW, when he shattered the record, had an awesome OL.

    How about just not drafting crappy?

    The list of complete and total busts from the Jerry years, particularly in the last couple, is far and away above the players who even became marginally usefull, much less made a significant impact.

    I'm not saying he should have gotten the next triplets, but how about not throwing 2nd rounders at Quincy Carter, Tony Dixon and Dwayne Goodrich, all of whom proved spectacularly that they had no business being in the NFL, much less a first day draft pick.
