Jason Garrett quit on Tony Romo.
Ron Washington would not quit on Michael Young.
Granted, I'm not sure there are dots to connect here, but we all saw these two local trust issues unfold inside a 24-hour clock over the weekend.
We also saw drastically different results.
RonWash ignored public disagreement, kept his slumping club leader in the lineup's four-hole, and Young triggered a Game 6 offensive breakout that ended a tough -- very tough -- AL Championship Series against Detroit.
The Rangers go to the World Series.
Red J, meanwhile, sided with the media and fandom howls -- me, too, on the howls -- locked down Romo in all crunch-time situations in Foxboro, showed a blatant but understandable lack of trust, and...
The results were the same. Cowboys lose another late lead and take another tough loss, this one to a top team, the Patriots.

Did he write this BEFORE he attended the Monday press conference?
Did he attend the Monday press conference?
Did he just completely disregard Garrett's own explanations?

I actually like Galloway, but this is just stupid.

    lol.

So he was wrong for allowing Romo to play and you wanted him to reign him in.

Now he does exactly what you wanted and you're screaming at him for doing it and not waiting?

So basically what you're saying Galloway is that you're an idiot.

Thanks for clearing that up for the few people out there who still might not have known that.

I listened to this guy on NFL Radio one day when I was driving through DC and immediately regretted changing the dial away from ESPN Radio (even though it was Doug Gottlieb).

Whatever side works for him that particular minute, hour, day, week.

He flip flops as bad as anyone I've ever seen and he shows himself to be a complete moron on a regular basis.

Makes perfect sense. Despite the possible pitfalls of letting "Tony be Tony," you have a better chance of winning as opposed to keeping him on a short leash.

Exactly. I've listened to Galloway for a long time, and not only does he really like Tony, he doesn't buy this "managing the game" stuff. He used to hate it when Parcells took the game out of his QB's hands.

Hell I'm all in... Let Romo be Romo! They need to keep the 3WR set on the field majority of the time.

I'll 1 up you. I say, keep 3 wides minimum on the field at all times, run the no huddle half the time, and only run when they absolutely think we're going to pass it.

Nobody liked his running the table comment I guess.

Although that statement is in need of serious backing.

    Find that hard to believe.

I think they should keep 3 out there just to spread the defense in an attempt to open some room to run.

Those runs at the end were basically running into a goal line defense.
