Per Shefter on ESPN just now.
Per Sirius NFL..
hmmmm didn't he light us up one year...lol
hope this isn't moss redux
so does this mean he becomes the highest paid WR in the NFL? lol
Skins had to skip the Vj sweepstakes
Rookie qb, I think he's going to have rough year.
Solid signing for them.
Depending on what they paid, yes.
Always depends on the price.
He's inconsistent, but very talented.
I'll take him. Sirius is saying probably around $8mil/year
I think it's something like 8 mil a year.
Vj looks to be going to the Bucs
Josh Morgan likely next for Skins, then RT
He is no doubt going to spare the NFL to death without Peyton Manning throwing to him.
He's always been a part of a high-powered passing offense that relied on (1) arguably the greatest passer of all time and (2) a plethora of options spreading the field (Harrison, Wayne, Collie, Dallas Clark, Gonzalez and Stokely).
Once he leaves that offense, he will spare it up like Stokely in Denver. He certainly will not thrive as the #1 and only option for a rookie QB.
Hmm, I'd agree if he didn't have the year he did last year, with Painter throwing to him.
Think it was his best year.
I'm very happy they didn't get Vincent Jackson. This dude has suspect hands and isn't big
The 5 games I watched of the Colts last year showed me a lot of garbage yards being accumulated by Painter/Garcon when the games were not close.
I think they had to backload his contract to sign him - meaning guarantee money - due to the 38 mil screw job.
But yeah, of course, one of the worst wr's in the league.
Looks like the Redskins are going to sign Eddie Royal now
He has only faced Dallas once in his career. That was in 2010 when he caught 8 passes for 56 yards and 1 TD.
I'd expect him to goto the bears with Cutler and Marshall.
