Grilled Avocado Boats

    You don't need much more than salt and citrus when using avocado and crab, maybe some white pepper and a dash of smoked paprika.

    I like your thought of doing it Asian style but I don't know much about those spices......maybe something teriyaki style would go good with the lump crab.

    Here is my Wife's recipe for Guacamole:

    Avocados
    diced tomatoes
    diced white onion
    diced jalapenos
    crushed garlic
    cilantro
    salt
    pepper
    lemon juice

    Dice it all up, stick it in the food processor and run it. I like it chunky but if you like it more puree style, it's to taste. I LOVE this stuff. Could eat it all day and night.

    When she has time, she will even make her own chips. Heaven I tell ya!
