    Got injured yesterday during Football winter training, can't do any working out for 2 weeks.

    I pulled a muscle in my lower back at the beginning of November and couldn't work out for close to 3 weeks. It's aggravating as hell not being able to do anything.

    It sure feels good to pick up some weight though once everything is healed up.

    Yeah injuries that derail you being able to workout or do sports and stuff always suck.
