Well he was a good coach & a hard *** also. Cut from the same mental mold as Jimmy. That is appealing right there. Somebody that Jerry cannot roll over.

I bet though he's loving his cushy tv job. Just like Jimmy.

Retreads haven't worked well for us. And Reid was still in the game. Cowher has been out of the game for some time. Even the great Joe Gibbs was lost when he was out of football then returned to regain the job at Washington.

    No, not even.

And being away from the game for an extended period of time doesn't bode well for coaches seeking a return. Only Dick Vermeil - to my knowledge - pulled it off successfully. And he had to totally change his approach to the game.

Along those lines, and it sounds like a joke but it's really not, if Gruden can win under Al Davis, he should be able to work with Jerry. He's been the only coach who has been able to do anything during Al's crazy period. That's actually a huge positive on his ledger when it comes to this job.

I want what you are smoking That would mean Jerry would have to admit he is wrong.

Once Jerry starts losing money, he'll have no choice.

That might be worth it for humor value since it would really get under the skin of Skin fans. Would it result in a Super Bowl championship? Probably not.

Isn't Gibbs one of Jerry's "advisors"?

There's been several threads on Saban apparently some are oblivious as to what happened with him and the Dolphins. The Cowboys need stability at HC not some lying idiot who'll want out after 2 years because they can't handle the heat of being an NFL head coach. Saban and Jerry would be a train wreck waiting to happen. The Cowboys are already a big enough joke as it is.

If stool softeners, Preparation H, Flomax and Cialis contain ban substances both Jerry and Kiffen could be facing lengthy suspensions.
